nice, strong, thick plastic used to make this pastry bag. they are small though. 12" is not that big but good for piping detail work. there is some stretch so i have to use a coupler if working with a stiffer icing or buttercream or else the tip can pop right out.

I bought these bags and tried them on a whim. i was tired of the name brand piping bags that once you start piping they split along the seams. I LOVE THESE! even though they are 'disposable' there is nothing finnicky about the quality. they are sturdy and actually reusable a few times if you feel you cant just toss them out.

These pastry bags are really fantastic. They come on a roll, so they are easy to store and are very thick so they never break-which is really important! Clean up of course is not a problem and they feel nice and substantial in the hand as well. Will be buying more of these in the future for sure.
