Most people prefer 18" bags, but given my small hands, the 16" ones give me better control. Great for using the large Wilton icer tip #789, since it requires a 16" bag minimum. These hold up for a long time, are somewhat stain resistant, & are usually easily fitted for couplers. I do think that they are over-priced in most craft stores, though.
